PS: Also, here is everything you need to know about proper feeding of tipplers - somebody wrote this and I can't write it any better :
It really is Lactic acid build up in the birds muscle that is making the birds muscles sore, what can we do to improve are Tippler flying times and to help them over come Lactic acid build-up? A good steady training program, working them slowly and build there bodies up so they are able to deal with the Lactic acid.. Pushing there bodies to the point where lactic acid starts to build up can get there bodies into conditioned can slow the build up of Lactic acid during a competition fly. And by Meeting there Dietary needs. Learning how and what you feed them has an impact on how there body gets build up during a work-out, be it a training fly or a competition fly. I have never found any study on pigeons that showed what percentage of protein they need during training to build muscle, bones, and if in the molting in new feathers.. Something I did was to feed three Grains.. Barley, Peas, and Safflower.. There has been studies that shows that pigeons need more then one kind of peas as they give pigeons a different type of protein that the pigeons needs, it's been shown that ( if I remember right ) that pigeons need at lest three kinds of protein, and each kind of pea has a different percentage of the protein that is needed..
So how did I feed my birds? In training I have read, that it is better to feed a higher percentage of Carbohydrates the day they are flown, to let the pigeons deal with the Lactic acid that was build up during the training fly. Feeding a protein rich feed they are not able to deal with the Lactic acid as easy.. So I would feed more Barley on days I flew, there rest day or days I would add Peas to there feed boosting the Protein up to about 18 percentage .. As Barley is rather low at about 11 percentage protein. I feel the Peas are needed.. Wheat, Milo, and other Cereal Grains are High in Carbohydrates and low in Protein, so adding them grains doesn't add Protein to there dietary needs.. I also add Safflower for the oil, protein and bran.. Pigeons in training need about 5 percentage oil, I give my birds a little more as most grain do have some oil.. I feel how many hours I flew my birds a little more oil is good for them..
I do need to add a word about Electrolytes, in a Competition fly or a hard fly the birds are not only building Lactic Acid, but they may be depleting the salts and minerals in there body. Giving Electrolytes may help speed there recovery time. Potassium is very much needed in the electrolytes, it is needed by the birds muscles. You can also give them Electrolytes before they fly, but I have found out the hard way, before a fly they do not need much as it can hurt there time as they will need water to flush the excess salts out of there body, and I wouldn't give it any closer then two days before a fly. I am starting to think that it shouldn't be given any closer then four days before a competition day.
Training feed is a lot different then the feed up, your birds will be resting for days and your building there energy they will be needing during a long competition fly. They convert carbohydrates faster then oil or protein. so feeding grains that are high in oil or protein takes longer to convert into reserves that they will use in a long fly. Feeding grains that are high in carbohydrates and rest them as much as you can build there energy reserves up. choosing what grains you will use depends on what you can get, it's not so much what grains but what percentage of carbohydrates they have.. You want the highest percentage of carbohydrates you can get and as low oil and protein. Your trying to load there system with as much reserves as you can

Ставку делал на сизых,но только 12ч.15мин. ,красные один так и не сел второй 9ч.35мин. Но черные у меня стрельнули 16ч.47мин.
Порадовали!!!
